IMAGINE is the University of Reading’s fundraising and volunteering campaign. It makes a global impact funding projects ranging from mental health research to climate change solutions. We worked alongside the campaign team to connect supporters to their life-changing projects.

Understanding the IMAGINE community was key to developing an intuitive, visually impactful platform which helped depict stories and communicate the difference that each donation makes.

Utilising research, personas and user journeys we outlined that visitors had found it difficult to navigate through the existing site and a more intuitive user journey was required.

This fed into wireframes and helped us create an experience which led to an easier route for donations and get involved volunteering opportunities.
